AI-Powered Asset Management Code App — Power Platform + React

Enterprise organisations tracking physical and digital assets across departments faced a fundamental visibility problem. Asset records were scattered, maintenance statuses untracked, issue reports buried in emails, and analytics entirely manual with no intelligent layer to surface insights or enable action. Operations teams lacked a single platform where they could monitor, manage, and optimize asset portfolios in real time.

We built an AI-powered Asset Management Code App on Microsoft Power Apps Code Apps framework using React, integrating Dataverse for asset records and analytics, SharePoint for issue tracking, and a Groq API custom connector for conversational AI. The app delivers a real-time asset dashboard, advanced filtering and status tracking, AI-generated portfolio analytics, and a chat assistant that answers natural language queries and creates issues directly through conversation. The Office 365 Users connector auto-loads each user’s profile and org context, while a light/dark mode responsive UI ensures a premium experience across every device.
