Order Management and Allocation System

The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive website that allows users to place orders from multiple online stores. Our platform will include a subscription management system that enables scheduled deliveries of these orders. Furthermore, we will develop an allocation system that facilitates the searching and assignment of products to specific orders based on various criteria.
In addition, we plan to implement an efficient warehouse allocation system that considers the proximity of the user to the designated warehouse. This will ensure that orders are fulfilled quickly and conveniently for our customers.

Challenges-

The primary objective of this project is to develop an efficient allocation system capable of searching for products across various brands based on specific parameters such as style, gender, size, and other relevant factors. Our system will match the identified products to specific orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment.
Moreover, we plan to implement an automated order intake system that generates orders and schedules them for future processing. This will streamline the ordering process and enable timely delivery of orders to our customers.

Solution

Our team developed a user-friendly web application that allows users to request home and office cleaning services, generating leads based on their details. If accepted, users become clients.
We also created a seamless registration process for cleaners, who can apply for jobs and be hired through a shortlisting process. The app includes a scheduling system to manage cleaner availability, ensuring a reliable workforce.
Overall, our solution streamlines the process of requesting and delivering cleaning services, exceeding client expectations and positioning their brand as an industry leader.

Result

Upon understanding our clients’ requirements and challenges, we have developed a comprehensive framework that accepts orders from leading online stores and categorizes socks based on various attributes such as gender, size, style, and more. Our system utilizes these tags to conduct searches and ensure that the selected sock items are not already sent to the customer or listed as “Do Not Send” by the user.
This approach will streamline the order processing system and ensure that our customers receive the desired socks promptly and accurately.
