.NET Senior Software Engineer

Candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in .NET Core, SQL Server, Razor, jQuery, Javascript. Experience in Angular/React will be a plus.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain high quality software solutions using Microsoft’s .NET ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to build scalable applications that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend components.
  • Work with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Entity Framework Core ORM.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues; optimize performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
  • Implement and follow Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core development.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Frontend exposure: Angular, React, Blazor, or similar.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
  • Unit testing frameworks: xUnit, NUnit, Moq.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
