Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth people processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineers (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural fit and communication skills.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support HR operations including employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment (IT/software industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to IT or software recruitment processes.
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and job requirements.
  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and social media hiring.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.
