The Skills you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with US clients is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and cloud services.
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices in incident and problem management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the IT support team.
- Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
- Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
- Liaise with vendors and manage service delivery.
- Create and maintain IT documentation.
- Implement strategies for continuous process improvement.
- Ensure IT systems are secure and compliant.
- Conduct training for end-users and the IT support team.
- Shift timings: 6:00pm-3:00am
