Naturale LLC, a Shopify-based DTC hair growth brand, was losing revenue. Their basic checkout suffered from poor mobile formatting, zero conversion focus, and lacked a structured upsell strategy. A competitor-inspired design brief existed but carried UI/UX flaws and unresolved layout problems.

We upgraded the standard Shopify payment flow to an elite Checkout Champ funnel, incorporating targeted upsell and downsell pathways plus an exit popup to rescue lost sales. A standout feature was a custom interactive video integration that dynamically revealed the product section at a specific timestamp, boosting purchase intent mid-view. All pages were redesigned with Naturale’s brand identity, and every mobile responsiveness issue was resolved — delivering a seamless, high-converting funnel across all devices.
