A leading medical and pharmaceutical supplier required a highly reliable, mobile-first inventory validation system to eliminate order picking errors without exposing their live production Firebird database. Mismatches were going undetected because staff had no fast way to verify that what had been picked and packed actually matched what the order required. Manual cross-checking was slow, inconsistent, and impossible to scale, so they needed a mobile-first verification solution that worked seamlessly with their existing Zebra scanners.
