Auto Reply Outlook emails

The goal of this project is to provide Outlook users with greater flexibility in setting up their auto-reply options according to their specific needs. For instance, users will be able to configure their auto-reply to only function outside of normal office hours, such as on weekends or holidays.

To achieve this goal, the system will enable users to customize their auto-reply settings using a user-friendly interface. Users can set the days and times during which they want the auto-reply feature to be active. For instance, they can set it to turn on outside of normal office hours, or only on weekends and holidays.

By providing users with this flexibility, the system allows them to customize their auto-reply settings according to their specific needs, enabling them to balance their work and personal lives more effectively. This ensures that auto-reply messages are only sent when necessary, reducing the likelihood of confusion and improving communication efficiency.
