A heavy civil and environmental contractor was losing critical field data daily repair requests, equipment faults, and daily inspection checklists were being abandoned to WhatsApp and paper because their Copilot Studio portal had no mobile support, no file upload capability, and no dynamic form logic. The business needed a low-code worker portal that any field worker could use from a job site in seconds, with no login barriers.

We built a fully custom Microsoft Power Pages anonymous submission portal mobile-first, zero-login, with conditional forms, secure SharePoint Online file uploads, Dataverse integration, and Power Automate workflows that automate routing, notifications, and status tracking end to end.
