  • Unbranded Subscription Portal UI: The default Checkout Champ portal had a plain, unstyled look that felt completely disconnected from the client's premium, high-performance brand identity.

  • Clarified Self-Service Billing Workflows: Rebuilt the cancel, pause, skip, and edit payment flows with clear labels, logical button placement, and step-by-step confirmation to make self-service completely friction-free.

  • Integrated Order History & Tracking: Added a full order history table with order numbers, items, amounts, and buy-again shortcuts, plus a dedicated shipment tracking section showing delivery status per order.

  • One-Click Dashboard Navigation: Designed three prominent dashboard quick-links of Access Programs, Book Consultation, Member Shop, so members reach every key portal section in one click from login.
